At Enviro Building Products, we work with a network of trusted manufacturers and suppliers to deliver sustainable building materials direct to you. As a dropshipping business, delivery times and packaging may vary depending on the supplier.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 3–10 working days

  • Special Order / Bulk Items: 10–21 working days

  • International (if applicable): 10–28 working days
    Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary based on supplier lead times or courier delays.

Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may arrive in separate parcels as items may ship directly from different suppliers.

  • Each item will have its own tracking details.

Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

  • Free delivery may apply to select items or order values.

  • Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur extra fees.

Delivery Partners

We use leading couriers including DPD, DHL, Evri, and pallet networks for larger goods.
Some deliveries may be kerbside only — our team or supplier will confirm in advance if required.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please check all items on arrival.

  • Report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours by emailing GoGreen@envirobuildingproducts.uk with photos and order details.

  • We’ll work directly with the supplier to resolve it quickly.

Some products are available for collection from partner warehouses. Contact our team before checkout to confirm.

International Orders

  • Import taxes or customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Enviro Building Products is not liable for customs delays.
